Estate planning

Often while preparing a Will, we will ask for a Testamentary Trust to be put in place. This is an effective tool in estate planning as it provides control over the distribution of assets to beneficiaries, as well as having tax advantages. Should a Testamentary Trust be recommended we will offer advice and guidance for both Discretionary and Protective Testamentary Trusts depending what is most suitable to your situation.
